1. Program Overview

Shadow Queen is a transformational coaching program designed to support women in shadow work, dark feminine activation, and wealth embodiment.

​​

The Program is offered in two formats:
 

• Live Round (4 times per year): includes live group coaching calls, community access, seasonal rituals, and digital resources as outlined on the sales page.

• Self-Paced Evergreen Access: available between live rounds. Includes access to program modules and digital resources for independent study. Community access and live calls are not included until the next live round opens, unless otherwise stated.

2. Client Responsiblilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Show up fully and take responsibility for your own results.

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants (during live rounds).

• Engage with the content and community (if applicable) in a respectful, non-harmful way.

• Understand that transformation requires personal effort beyond the Program.

3. Coach Responsibilities

​​

We agree to:

• Provide the Program as described at the time of purchase (live or self-paced).

• Offer guidance, resources, and support to help you on your journey.

• For live rounds: maintain a safe, inclusive group space.

• Keep personal information shared in coaching sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

4. Payments & Refunds

​​

• All payments are due in full or as agreed under the chosen payment plan (if offered).

• You are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of your level of participation.

• ​Due to the digital and energetic nature of this Program, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Please review the sales page carefully to ensure you understand whether you are enrolling in a live round or the self-paced version.

5. No Guarantees

​​

The Program is intended for personal and spiritual development. While many clients experience breakthroughs, results vary. We do not guarantee specific financial, business, or life outcomes.

6. Legal & Medical Disclaimer

​​

• The Program does not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

• If you require support in these areas, you must seek professional help.

• You acknowledge that you are mentally and emotionally able to participate.

7. Intellectual Property

​​

All materials provided in the Program (videos, guides, rituals, meditations, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Dark Alchemy Rising. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your own use only. Sharing, reproducing, or selling the materials is prohibited.

8. Community Guidelines (for Live Rounds)

​​

Our live container is a sacred space. You agree not to:

​​

• Share others' stories outside the group.

• Harass, discriminate, or behave disrespectfully toward any memeber.

• Violate the integrity of the container in any way.

​​

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the live round (without refund) who breaches these guidelines.

9. Termination

​​

We may terminate your access if you breach this Agreement. All sections relating to payment, confidentiality, and intellectual property will survive termination.

10. Governing Law

​​

This Agreement is goverened by the laws of  Australia, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

Acknowledgment

​

By purchasing and participating in Shadow Queen—whether in a live round or self-paced—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
