3. Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching, mentoring, and guidance provided by Dark Alchemy Rising (including but not limited to Shadow Queen) are not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological services.

 

You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, and actions. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition or are experiencing significant emotional distress, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD, and payment is required in full unless a payment plan is expressly offered. Prices include GST for Australian clients.

By purchasing a program, service, or product, you authorize Dark Alchemy Rising to charge your payment method for the total amount agreed upon at checkout or in your coaching contract. Payment plans may incur additional fees. Late payments may result in access restrictions.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated. Please see our [Refund Policy] for more details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this Site and through our Services—including text, images, logos, digital downloads, meditations, rituals, videos, PDFs, and any proprietary frameworks—is the intellectual property of Dark Alchemy Rising and is protected under copyright laws.

6. Client Conduct

We hold our sacred space with integrity and expect the same from our clients and community. You agree to:

• Refrain from any harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct.

• Use the information provided responsibly and ethically.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from programs or platforms without refund if behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or transformations. Results depend on your own commitment, integration, and participation in the work. You are the alchemist of your own journey.

8. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Personal information shared in coaching containers, group calls, or private communication will be kept confidential, except as required by law or if there is a risk of harm to self or others.

Please note: Group programs may involve participant interaction. While we foster a safe space, we cannot control or guarantee the confidentiality of others.
